Mayank Choudhary plots GHK Properties' stunning six-run win over Colatta Chocolates

Mayank Choudhary, hailing from Haryana, the birthplace of the legendary Kapil Dev, plotted an exciting six-run win for GHK Properties over Colatta Chocolates in the 49th Bukhatir League at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Friday. Choudhary produced a splendid all-round show, scoring 48 runs and bagging three wickets for just two runs during the tense moments of the game. Consolidated Shipping Service (CSS) Group registered their third consecutive victory through a 26-run win over the formidable UAE Kings XI in the 49th Bukhatir League at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Friday. They lived up to their name through a consolidated effort, starting with fine knocks from Krishna Chandran Karate (88) and contributions from Albin Alias (30), Safeer Tariq (38), Danish Sarhadi (26), and an all-round show from Haidar Razzaq (46 and a spell of 2 for 43), inspired and guided by their skipper Renjith Mani (3 for 44). Back-to-back centuries from Muhammad Aftab Javed gave Seven Districts Cricket Academy back-to-back victories in the 49th Bukhatir League at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Thursday. Seven Districts, who are also the sponsors of this tournament, had beaten Lexington Shotguns in their opening match by four wickets, riding on Javed’s knock of 120. On Thursday, they recorded an impressive 72-run victory over the strong Z Games Strikers through Javed’s unbeaten 131 off just 103 balls, which included nine boundaries and six sixes. Gems Education Cricket Club’s win in the 49th Bukhatir League, sponsored by Seven Districts, at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, was a lesson for the UAE Development XI on how to win a match. UAE Development XI, made up of budding cricketers, after being asked to bat first, could muster only 179 in 42 overs. Gems Education raced to victory in 30 overs to record a five-wicket win. The Seven Districts Cricket Academy, sponsors of the 49th Bukhatir League, got off to a winning start at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium by chasing down a steep target of 291 to beat Lexington Shotguns by four wickets. Their middle-order batter Aftab Javed scored a blazing 120 off just 97 balls, smashing 14 boundaries and four sixes, while opener Zainullah set the tempo with 67 off 88 balls, including nine boundaries.
