Team India’s official global supporters group, The Bharat Army, has joined hands with G Force Cricket Academy, one of UAE's leading cricket academies, to facilitate cricket fans in the UAE to watch the India-Pakistan match on October 14 live from the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

At a time when the frenzy to watch this much-awaited match of the ICC World Cup 2023 is at its peak, the agreement between the Bharat Army and G Force to provide fans with a two-night, three-day package to travel to Ahmedabad and back is a significant boost for the die- hard fans. Interestingly, both these passionate cricket-loving organizations have come forward at a time when all hotels in Ahmedabad are said to be fully booked for this match, and all tickets sold out. In fact, there have been reports of fans seeking full-body check-ups and overnight stays at hospitals to save money on lodging and get their health checked as well. There have also been reports that five-star hotel rates have touched Rs 50,000 per night for this match period.

Speaking about the partnership with the Bharat Army and how the plan to support cricket fans emerged, Gopal Jasapara, Head Coach of G Force Academy, said: “I am looking forward to this India-Pakistan game. Personally, I have never seen an India-Pakistan match in a World Cup, and neither have many cricket lovers who live here in the UAE. Recently, while in England, when I mentioned this to the Bharat Army people, they said they could support us in watching this game. I have always been on a quest to make cricket lovers happy, and this felt like a wonderful opportunity to me.”

So, it will be special to watch nearly 100,000 people attending the match and cheering for India. It will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

About the package, Gopal said, “Fans can enjoy a two-night stay at the Fern Residency on double to triple sharing basis. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. . Transportation includes transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, match day transportation, and even sightseeing.”
